PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily synthesize musical sounds of high quality at low cost. SOLUTION: A delay loop with filter excited by an excitation signal is used. This excitation signal corresponds to a partial impulse replay for a resonance system to simulate. The additional component of impulse replay of this resonance system is added to the output signal from the delay loop with filter. Thus, musical sounds of high quality can be synthesized without requiring a complicated and expensive filter copying a resonance system of high grade. |
