<p>PURPOSE: To dissolve the inferiority of operability and the viewing difficulty of output in the output or retrieval of author names and publications by changing an output form based on unified output judgement information and outputting the publication or the author name retrieved by a retrieval means. CONSTITUTION: An author name information file 123 is generated from a data information file 121 provided with the publication information of books and CDs, etc., and the author name information of the publications and an author name relating information file 122 provided with relating information among the author names and the unified output judgement information for judging whether or not the plural respective relating author names can be unified and outputted. Then, a retrieval request in the publication or the author name is inputted by an input device 11 and the retrieval request is retrieved from the respective information files 121-123 of a data storage part 12 by the retrieval means 131. The retrieved publication or author name is outputted by changing the output form by an output means 132 based on the unified output judgement information. Thus, the inferiority of the operability and the viewing difficulty of the output in the retrieval are dissolved.</p> |
