PURPOSE: To enable generating a constant error line or a constant error line distribution of products without requiring complex arithmetic operations by superimposing a form to be evaluated on a reference form. CONSTITUTION: Three-dimensional measurements of a subject for form evaluation, e.g. a turbine blade are taken by a three-dimensional measuring apparatus 3 such as a three-dimensional laser sensor. The three-dimensional form (measured form) of the turbine blade, obtained from these dimension measurements, is displayed in an image display device 11 while the surface to be evaluated is displayed in red, for example. Next, the reference form (design form) of the turbine blade is displayed in the display device 11 in green, for example, and moved so as to be superimposed on the measured form. Image processing (hidden-surface processing) for the superimposed images is performed, and the area of the measured form exceeding the reference form is displayed over the reference form. Further, the boundary (0-degree boundary) of the area displayed over the reference form is extracted and stored in memory. The extracted O-degree boundary displayed over the reference form is output, and a form with a O-degree constant error line displayed thereon can be obtained. |
