PURPOSE: To positively prevent a leaf valve from deforming even if the circumstance may allow high back pressure to act on the leaf valve. CONSTITUTION: The upper and lower end surfaces of a piston 36 is respectively arranged with valve mechanisms 46 composed of a leaf valve 56 and a check valve 58. The check valve 58 opens a communication hole 62 resisting to the energy force of a compression coil spring when back pressure of more than the specified value acts upon the leaf valve 56. Thus high back pressure acting upon the leaf valve 58 can be nipped in the bud. As a result, the leaf valve 56 is never deformed. |
