PURPOSE: To obtain a photosensitive printing plate which has the good adhesiveness of copolymer particles to the surface of a photosensitive layer, an excellent vacuum adhesion property to a film at the time of exposure and resisting force to rubbing and pressing and is problem-free at the time of developing and preserving. CONSTITUTION: This photosensitive printing plate has the photosensitive layer matted on the surface by the copolymer particles on a substrate and the copolymer particles are a copolymer consisting of monomer units a), b) having a glass transition temp. of >=60 deg.C. a) At least one monomer units selected from a group consisting of a p-styrene sulfonic acid, etc., their sodium salts and potassium salts. b) At least one kind of the monomer units selected from a group consisting of monomers having the glass transition temp. of their homopolymers of >=60 deg.C and an inter-crosslinking point mol.wt. (Me) of >=or <4000.
