A control system for karaoke having a moving function is provided to increase amusement by randomly rotating not only a user but also a karaoke when the karaoke outputs sound. A control system for karaoke having a moving function comprises a program memory(407), a control part(401), a hydraulic driving driver(409), and a rotary motor driver(411). The program memory provides a control algorithm for controlling the rotating operation of a rotary panel, and a control algorithm for controlling a hydraulic system to vertically move a seat. The control part controls a karaoke control system based on the control algorithm of the rotary panel and the control algorithm of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic driving driver operates the hydraulic system in response to an output signal of the control part. The rotary motor driver operates the rotary panel.
