A dielectric ceramic composition is provided to show good characteristics such as relative permittivity, loss Q value, and insulation resistance while allowing thickness reduction by reducing a content of a glass component. A dielectric ceramic composition contains a main component comprising at least one selected from barium titanate, strontium titanate, and calcium titanate, and a sub-component which is a glass component comprising an oxide of B. The glass component is contained in an amount of 2-7wt% based on 100wt% of the main component. A complex electronic device has a coil part comprising a coil conductor and a magnetic layer, and a condenser part comprising an internal electrode layer and a dielectric layer. The internal electrode layer comprises Ag as a conductive layer. The dielectric layer comprises the dielectric ceramic composition.
