An ultrasonic contrast imaging method and an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus are provided to preclude side effects due to an excessive contrast agent since an ultrasonic contrast image is taken after destructing the excessive contrast agent existing near an ultrasonic probe. An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus(100) includes an ultrasonic probe(1), a transceiving unit(2), an image generation unit(3), an image display unit(4), an operation unit(6), a control unit(7), and a recording unit(8). The image generation unit generates an ultrasonic image based on the obtained reception data. The image display unit displays the ultrasonic image. The operation unit assigns command or data by an operator. The control unit controls overall operations. The recording unit records the ultrasonic image. The control unit has a contrast agent destruction scanner and an image photographing unit. The contrast agent destruction scanner destructs the contrast agent near the ultrasonic probe. The image photographing unit takes a photograph of the ultrasonic image after the contrast agent near the ultrasonic probe is destructed.
