<p>The invention relates to a storing energy type of impact control mechanism for pneumatic wrenches including a fly hammer, a centrifugal valve provided in the fly hammer, a timing device, a spring, a stopping ring, an impact pin and a stopping device consisted of a stopping slot on the centrifugal valve and a stopping column. One end of the column extends into the chamber of the centrifugal valve. The mechanism comprises extending and intermediate air channels for extending of the impact pin and retracting air channels for retracting the impact pin. On the peripheral of the centrifugal valve, there are a concentric ring slot, an eccentric slot communicated with the concentric ring slot and a concentric ring slot apart from above slots. The present invention can increase the controlling air pressure in the pneumatic wrench, overcome the difficulty of manufacture and reduce the height of the fly hammer.</p> |
