PURPOSE: To provide a solid electrolytic fuel cell in which the cracking or peeling of an air electrode is prevented. CONSTITUTION: A solid electrolytic fuel cell has an air electrode and a fuel electrode on both sides of stabilized zirconia as an electrolyte, and electrochemically reacts the oxygen on the air electrode side with the fuel gas on the fuel electrode side to provide an electromotive force. In this solid electrolytic fuel cell, the air electrode is formed of a perovskite structure in which Mn of a rear earth element composite oxide represented by (L1-y Sry )MnOx (wherein L is a rare earth element) is partially substituted by Cr, and the substituting quantity is set to 5-40% of Mn. |
