PURPOSE: To provide a structure with which the connecting work for applying a voltage across a vibrator can be easily performed by providing a projection for applying voltage across a vibrating body or the vibrator on the vibrator at the position corresponding to the node of the flexural vibrations or longitudinal vibrations caused by the vibrating body. CONSTITUTION: A projection 12d is provided at the center of a vibrating body 12 in the longitudinal direction which is the node of longitudinal and flexural vibrations and a T-shaped projection 13d is provided at the position of a piezoelectric vibrator 13 corresponding the node of longitudinal and flexural vibrations generated by the center of the vibrating body 12 in the longitudinal direction. Then electrode films 13a and 13b for applying voltage having a specific frequency are provided on the surface of the vibrator 13. When a vibration actuator is formed in such a way, a structure with which the connecting work for applying a voltage across the vibrator can be performed easily is formed. |
