The percussion music instrument according to the present invention is realized with a plurality of single staves (1) linked in heart-wood sheets (2) by means of a glue (3) in joints (4) and composed in a cylindric structure (5) by glueing and vertical assemblying and then internally and externally cleaned, finished and polished so as to show said joints (4) offset for preventing longitudinal vibrations, when said structures are transformed into a drum.
