HIGH-IMAGE-SHARPNESS RESIN-COATED METAL SHEET EXCELLENT IN ADHESION AFTER WORK

A resin-coated metal sheet comprising a metal sheet (10) as a base and a coating layer (E), a modified olefin resin layer (D) having a thickness of 5 to 100 mu m, a patterned or solid printed layer (C), an adhesive layer (B) and a transparent polyester resin film (A) having a thickness of 5 to 100 mu m which are laminated on at least one surface of the base (10) successively from the base side. The modified olefin resin layer as an interlayer is excellent in the adhesion to the printed layer, the coating layer and the polyester resin film, so that the above sheet is not delaminated even by severe work such as deep drawing and exhibits an excellent adhesion after work. Further, the modified olefin resin layer serves to absorb the surface roughness of the metal sheet and the unevenness of the constituent (resin) layers, so that the resin-coated metal sheet is excellent in image sharpness.
