The device has a charging unit (1) to draw air from an induction pipe (2), with a nozzle (5), and to force it into an internal combustion engine via a charging pipe (3). A circulation pipe (4) is arranged downstream of the unit, and has a regulating flap (6) and an outlet (8) which is downstream from the nozzle. The length (L) of the section of the pipe between the flap and the outlet is calculated to form a resonator with the flap closed, which corresponds to one or more of the pulsation frequencies of the charging unit. The nozzle and the pipe section may also be arranged inside an air filter (11).
