FIELD: chemical, petrochemical, gas extraction and other adjacent branches of industry, which use towers with valve straight-flow plates used as mass-exchanging towers for interaction of gas-liquid systems designated for processes of absorption, rectification, gasses washing. SUBSTANCE: valve plates are partitioned by diametral partitions located in single vertical plane, that adjoins body wall along vertical line. Length of each partition exceeds body diameter half length. Overflowing equipment on each plate is made in diametral partition adjoining body area in the form of overflowing semisegment of perpendicular diametral partition, that on one side is adjoining to diametral partition and on the other side - to body. Upper horizontal edge of semisegment is located over plane of plate and lower edge is located over plane of below located plate. In parallel to lower edge of each plate semisegment on side facing center of body there is discharge strip, upper edge of which is located above semisegment lower edge. Space between walls of body, semisegments and diametral partitions form discharge pockets for liquid discharge from upper to lower valve plates. Valve plates have holes, that are uniformly located along concentric circumferences and in which straight-flow valves with two short and one long stopping legs are mounted. Directions of valves of peripheral part of plate are similar and tangential to the plate and are opposite on adjacent by height lower and upper plates. Directions of valves of central part of plates are average between tangential and parallel to diametral partition. The new thing is valves location along concentric circumferences with tangential direction of gas (vapor) outflow in peripheral parts of plates and usage of diametral partitions on plate, length of which is less than half diameter. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of mass-exchange. |
