The holer comprises at least two cylindrical elements (2-4) which have different cross-sections and are joined by at least one connecting-piece (10,11). The wall of each element has a cavity (5). At least one of the edges (8,9) of each element is at least partly jagged (8a,b,9a,b). The wall consists of a metal plate which has a number of four-cornered cavities (5) whose diagonal runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of each element.
