MATRIX STRUCTURE OF PLASTIC DUAL IN LINE(PDIP)LEAD FRAME

摘要

The matrix structure of plastic dual in line lead frame increases the productivity and compaction, wherein several IC packages(8) are formed in rows; each gate(3) is formed at each IC package(8); a void(2) is formed on the opposite side of each gate(3) to inject compound easily into each gate(3); a hole(10)is formed to cut the portion between the vertical section of the leads (7,7') and the IC packages(8) easily; a side rail(1) and a lead supporter(4,9) are formed on both sides of the IC package to prevent the vending of the leads (7,7') and the packages(8).
