FIELD: goods shipment. SUBSTANCE: modular isolating lining for closed chambers includes panels 1, 2, and prefabricated members specially intended for the chambers used for goods shipment, for example, containers. The panels and prefabricated members are a part of assembly kit or set being adapted for internal dimensions of the insulating chamber. The kit has all necessary parts of the lining. Panels 1 cover periphery walls of the chamber and ceiling, and has one-piece self-maintaining insulating sheet. In essence, prefabricated members include spacers 6 in the form of small blocks placed between internal surface of the chamber and at least, outer surfaces of the panel and made of the material capably to break heat transfer between the surfaces.
