FIELD: quality control. SUBSTANCE: proposed method will find use for inspection of quality of articles, optimization of composition of materials and technology of manufacture of carbon, graphitized and refractory articles from plastics. Method consists in heating of articles of thermosetting plastics in inert atmosphere up to temperature 200-300 C, keeping them at this temperature for 40-60 min and subsequent visual evaluation of quality of surfaces. EFFECT: reliable detection of flaws, prediction of manufacture of qualitative articles capable to withstand high-temperature treatment up to 2000-2300 C. |
