PURPOSE:To raise rigidity, and prevent any propagation of stress occurring at an inner mold supporting end part during the period of molding rotation, to a receiving end surface molded part, and also improve the dimensional accuracy of a molding by forming an annular reinforced groove between a receiving end surface molded part and inner supporting end part. CONSTITUTION:A FRP pipe coupling molding inner mold 1 is made by blow mold in a closed hollow body by the user of synthetic resin, wherein the inner mold part of a molding is formed in its body part 2, and an inner mold supporting end 4 is swell-molded integrally via an annular recessed groove 5 from a receiving end surface molded part 3 positioned at the tip portion of the body part 2. When the inner supporting end part 4 is grasped by a rotating supporter 8 and revolved, since the reinforced recessed groove 5 shows rigidity as ribs, the stress occurring in the inner supporting end part 4 is absorbed in the reinforced recessed groove 5 with the result that is may not be transmitted up to the receiving end surface molded part 3. As a result, there never occurs any deformation at the receiving end surface molded part 3. And, it may be same also in the case the inner mold supporting end part 4 is held by a rotating supporter 11. |
