摘要 FIELD: medical facilities, in particular, artificial pulmonary ventilation apparatuses used in disaster medicine, ambulance and emergency medical services. SUBSTANCE: specific conditions of disaster medicine, ambulance and emergency medical services put forward strict demands to the apparatus mass and dimensions. Since for anesthesia apparatuses sources of compressed oxygen and nitrogen monoxide and a supply source for actuation of the apparatus are required, apparatuses employing pneumatic control components providing for use of compressed oxygen as a supply source for actuation of the apparatus are the most optimal ones for the given conditions. The offered inhalation anesthesia apparatus is intended for self-anesthesia of patients having a proper breathing. The apparatus has pipe unions for connection to the sources of anesthetic and breathable gas, device for connection to the patient's breathing tracts with a non-reversible valve, the first breathable gas pressure regulator, breathable gas flow regulator made as the second pressure regulator, anesthetic flow regulator, air relay, interceptor and pneumatic pulse generator with controlled frequency and relative pulse duration. The anesthetic flow regulator is made as a follower, the inputs of the first and second pressure regulators and follower are connected to the pipe unions of breathable gas and anesthetic, respectively. The output of the first pressure regulator is connected to the apparatus ON/OFF toggle switch communicating with the inhalation attempt sensor, whose second inlet is connected to the non-reversible valve, and the outlet - to the interceptor and inlet of the pneumatic pulse generator. The output of the pneumatic pulse generator is connected to one of the inputs of the air relay, whose other two inputs are connected respectively to the outputs of the follower and second pressure regulator, connected also to the second input of the follower. The air relay output is connected to the other input of the interceptor, whose input through a connecting device and non-reversible valve is connected to the patient.
