FIELD: bicycles. SUBSTANCE: device has pedal shaft 1 installed in bearings in bicycle frame 3, driving and driven sprockets and chain. Design peculiarity is that transmission has additional sprockets 13 and 14 on axles arranged in parallel with pedal shaft 11. One of sprockets has radial spokes 22 and the other has bosses 23 located in intra-spaces of first additional sprocket. Axle of second sprocket 14 is installed in slider mounted in curvilinear guide with center of curvature on axle of sprocket 16 of bicycle driving wheel 10. Sprocket 11 of pedal shaft 1 is connected by chain with first additional sprocket 13, and sprocket 16 of driving wheel is connected with second additional sprocket 14. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of biocycle owing to possibility of stepless adjustment of gear ratio. 5 dwg |
