A damper apparatus for air conditioning is provided to prevent the leakage of inside materials by implementing sealing on the rotational axis as well as on the pipe. A damper apparatus(100) for air conditioning comprises a damper pipe(130), a packing(140) which is press-fitted to a recess of the damper pipe, a rotational axis(150), a damper(170) adhering closely to the inner circumference of the packing, and an opening/closing unit(180) opening and closing the rotational axis. The damper pipe has a flange part, a fixing hole caulked with a fixing cap(110), and a connection hole opened through a connect cap(120). The rotational axis passes through the fixing hole and the connection hole so that one end is rotatively connected to the fixing cap and the other is protruded outside. The damper is fixed to the rotational axis by a fixing member and adheres closely to the inner circumference of the packing when the rotational axis is rotated.
