METHOD FOR EVALUATING FETUS STATE

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining absolute contents of B-lymphocytes (Ba) and relative contents of neutrophils having receptors to C3 complement component (EAC-POH) in female peripheral venous blood beginning from 5 weeks gestation. If Ba is greater than or equal to 0.30x10mcg/l and EAC-POH is greater than or equal to 16%, fetus state is evaluated as being not in correspondence with physiologic development and intrauterine fetus retention is diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis; simplified method.
