FIELD: textile backings for thermogluing doubling material and thermogluing doubling materials. SUBSTANCE: textile backing for thermogluing doubling material is formed of knitted fabric with passed-through weft yarns which consist exclusively of yarns of biologically decomposed cellulose material, particular, viscose yarns. Fabric warp yarns are exclusively continuous multifiber yarns. In preferred version of the method for production of thermogluing doubling material this textile backing, prior to application of points of thermoplastic polymer is subjected to mechanical compaction by passing the knitted fabric between hot cylinder and holding down band, with cylinder temperature not in excess of 130 C. Thermogluing doubling material containing the specified above backing, after application of thermoplastic polymer points, is subjected to the second mechanical compaction similar to the first compaction operation. In this case, cylinder is heated to temperature below 80 C. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
