FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: wind/air-electric power plant functions to maintain rated speed (220 V for example, at 50 Hz) at the user's in case of low wind velocity, especially at night. To this end, wind energy is converted into compressed air energy and then to electric energy by means of windmill/compressor unit that pumps compressed air into sealed vessel; used as such vessel is entire length of air passage tubes running from air collector to air turbine which makes it possible to increase, if necessary, accumulation capacity and storage of compressed air in any volume due to increasing length and diameter of air passage tubes; to reduce distance from air collector to air turbine, tubes may be arranged in pit in serpentine manner. Air-electric plant proper may be installed in any inhabited point and windmill/compressor unit, in place well blown through by wind at any distance from air-electric plant; quantity of windmill-compressor units depends on desired capacity.
