FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and aims at hepatectomy by radio-frequency destructor. Image and ultrasound guided electrode of said radio-frequency destructor is inserted percutaneously in liver in the line of prospective hepatectomy 2-3 cm away from the edge of hepatic neoplasm. Radio-frequency hepatic tissue ablation along prospective hepatectomy follows. The stick separation is 2-2.5 cm. The electrode is removed, while puncture canal is to be manually sealed. ^ EFFECT: ensured oncologic ablastics in laparoscopic hepatectomy and reduced intraoperative haemorrhage.
