Novel guanidine derivatives of the formula (I) <CHEM> wherein Z represents an five- or six-membered hetero-ring with the atom of said hetero-ring being selected from the group consisting of oxygen atom, sulfur atom and nitrogen atom and said hetero-ring may be substituted, R<1> represents hydrogen atom or C1-4 alkyl group, R<2> represents hydrogen atom, C1-4 alkyl group, C1-4 haloalkyl group or phenyl group which may be substituted, R<3> represents hydrogen atom, C1-4 alkyl group, C1-4 haloalkyl group or phenyl group which may be substituted, R<4> represent hydrogen atom, C1-4 alkyl group, C3-4 alkenyl group, C3-4 alkynyl group, benzyl which may be substituted or a group represented by Z-C(R<1>)H-wherein Z and R<1> are the same meanings as mentioned above, R<5> represent hydrogen atom, C1-4 alkyl group, C3-4 alkenyl group, C3-4 alkynyl group, benzyl which may be substituted or a group represented by Z-C(R<1>)H-wherein Z and R<1> are the same meanings as mentioned above, n represents an integer of 2 or 3, and Y represents nitro or cyano, and pesticidal compositions comprising the compound of the formula (I) as active components. |
