In a projection of duodenal lumen, the suturing covers a gleam of intestine in seams grasp a wall of stomach stump the same way, cicatricial tissue, posterior and anterior duodenal walls. Then a medial duodenal wall is stitched after impose seams on a medial wall of intestine after stenotic lumen the same way as stitching of a lateral wall.
