FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves brewing grain products with water which is subjected for treatment by direct magnetic field at magnetic induction value 30-120 mT at treatment zone. Then saccharified brewing mash is filtered, subjected for heat treatment, clearing and cooling wort. Also, water part is treated by direct magnetic field used after filtration of preceding wort boiling. Wort is used for beer, kvass, nonalcoholic beverage, polymalt extract and vitaminized product making. EFFECT: improved method of wort preparing. 2 cl |
