FIELD: medicine, particular, surgical stomatology; applicable in separation of arteries, veins, nerves, tumors and organs. SUBSTANCE: the working part of the apparatus is made in form of three jaws, of which two are parallel to each other in the closed state of branches. The third additionally introduced jaw is rigidly secured at angle to the upper jaw and is very sharp from the inside. Upper side of the upper jaw is also very chap. Secured in the region of hinge lock is the limiting beam restricting the movement of branches at their opening at the moment of bringing together the blades and dissection of tissues. EFFECT: reduced injury and time for performance of operation due to single-moment dissection and separation of tissues. |
