The LCD element structure comprises top/bottom glass substrates(11,11a), multiple transistors and a transparent electrode film(13) formed on the top glass substrate(11), a R.G.B color filter layer formed on the bottom glass substrate(11a) for sorting colors(R.G.B) from white lights, a transparent electrode film(17) formed on top of the color filter layer for applying voltage, alignment control films(14,14a) for aligning liquid crystal molecules to a certain direction, a liquid crystal layer(15) formed between alignment control films for displaying in accordance with the applied voltage, and polarizers(16,16a) installed on top/bottom glass substrates for polarizing lights linearly, thereby improving contrast.
