Turbomachine pitch adjustment utilising a frequency-controlled motor

The invention relates to an adjusting device 3,(10)(figure 2) for a variable-pitch screw having an electrical adjusting motor 1 for performing an adjusting movement which is carried out by variation of the drive frequency of the adjusting motor. A set value transducer 9, torque sensor 5, and a displacement sensor 6 provide signals to a frequency varying device 3 via evaluators 7, 8. In an alternative arrangement (figure 2) a main motor 11, servo motor 1, and rotary sensors 12, 13 are used.
