METHOD OF MECHANICAL CLEANING OF ROLLED STOCK WITH CYLINDRICAL, MULTIWEB (SHAPED) OR FLAT SURFACE AND MACHINE FOR PERFORMING THE METHOD

FIELD: rolled stock cleaning in metallurgy and upon metal working. SUBSTANCE: rotating rotor head has drum along periphery of which in parallel with its axis stationary axles are mounted for supporting working bodies in the form of washers mounted by their inner openings onto these axles. Diameter of inner opening of washers is significantly larger than diameter of axles. Rotor head rotates with constant revolution number around its axis and due to action of centrifugal forces working bodies arranged in maximally outside positions relative to axles strike surface being worked by resilient impulse working impacts. Method is realized with use of three types of machines, namely; machine for working rod material by three rotor heads, rod materials having possibility of translatory motion and rotation with constant revolution number; machine for working wire by three rotor heads performing beside rotation flowing motion around axis of wire being fed by rectilinear stroke motion with constant speed; machine for cleaning rolled sheets by three rotor heads with feed of sheets to zone of rotor head at constant speed. EFFECT: enhanced quality of rolled sheet cleaning.
