The method is to manufacture the vibration plate of a speaker which has high hardness and high absorptiveness. The method enhances the quality and enables the mass production of the vibration plate by using the preprag method which reduces the number of the manufacturing processes. The method includes a mixed weaving process, a sinking process in which a material is sinked into heat-hardening resin, a heat treatment process in which the heat-hardening resin is turned into gel and a compressing process.
