An antenna device is provided to reduce an antenna-occupied dimension by including two radiation devices having length shorter than 1/4 of effective wavelength. An antenna device is mounted on a substrate. The substrate includes a dielectric layer, a top conductive layer, and a bottom conductive layer. The top conductive layer includes a first radiation device(307), a second radiation device(308), a first ground conductor(302), a second ground conductor(303), and a feeder(301). An end part of the first radiation device is grounded in a ground formed by the bottom conductive layer through a via hole(309). The second radiation device has an open end part. The first ground conductor and the second ground conductor are connected to base parts of the first radiation device and the second radiation device through resistors(306,305). The feeder feeds a power to the first radiation device and the second radiation power.
