A service system of presentation of a caller and a method thereof are provided to enhance the security and reliability by using the caller ID information in the certificate. A caller information database(130) stores caller information for each phone number corresponding to a certificate, and a caller information registering service(120) requests the certification to a certificate checking server for the certificate information received from a client terminal. A caller ID conforming server(100) transmits caller information including a certificate name corresponding to a phone number to a call receiving phone set.
