A termination circuit of on die termination apparatus for controlling the termination strength is provided to diversify the property of the I-V curve of an input-output node by controlling turn on strength and weakness of a part parallel resistance. A pull-up termination resistor unit(320) comprises a plurality of pull-up parallel resistances. The pull-up parallel resistance is in response to the pull-up calibration code. The pull-up parallel resistance pull-up drives the input-output node. A pull down termination resistor unit comprises a plurality of pull down parallel resistances. A pull down parallel resistance turns on/off in response to the full down calibration code. A pull down parallel resistance pulls down and drives the input-output node.
