STRAIN OF BACTERIUM ACINETOBACTER SPECIES HB-1 USED FOR WATER AND SOIL TREATMENT FROM OIL AND PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

FIELD: microbiology, ecology. SUBSTANCE: strain is isolated from mazut M-40 and deposited in Central Microorganism Collection of State Concern "Biopreparat" (CMCSC "B") at number "ЦКМВ-56 Б". Acinetobacter sp. HB-1 utilizes oil and petroleum products for 14 days at pollution 5-10 g/l with efficacy 65-75%. Use of bacterial strain indicated ensured to clear reservoir polluted with oil for 8 months completely (parental pollution was 234 g/l). Strain can be used for treatment of polluted reservoirs and soils. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of treatment, new strain indicated above.
