Drainage of tympanic cavity and natural fistulas of tympanic diaphragm with two silicon tubes with incisions is performed, one of the tubes is installed in specially formed bone bed in region of anterior-inferior angle of external acoustic meatus under meatotympanic flap. Second silicon tube with incisions is placed in such way that its distal end protrudes outside in region of inferior angle of parotid cut, and proximal end drains cells of heart-shaped process, antrum, aditus and attic.
