FIELD: medicine; can be used in surgical treatment of fractured, mainly, tip of the elbow and kneecap. SUBSTANCE: the appliance is manufactured on the principle of the "Bilrot" clamp and has handles-holders. The device working member uses two teeth-catches set at an angle of 30 deg on one branch of the appliance used for fixation of bone fragments; and one tooth - on the other branch of the appliance used for fixation of the device in the material bone. The minimum distance between the teeth-catches is 1 cm, the maximum one is 5 cm; it is provided by an automatic lock, 10 cm long. EFFECT: reduced expenditures connected with operation, one surgeon is set free; duration of operation is reduced by 20%, as a result, appreciable reduction of narcotics, oxygen, electric power. |
