FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing conducting die of integral one-piece bridge prosthesis, applying metal coating by means of electrolysis followed by removing die metal at the next stage. The coating is durable and chemically stable in the mouth cavity. Titanium niobium, tantalum, molybdenum or wolfram are selected to be used for coating. Coating thickness is 30-1000 mm. In case lining layer being applied for attaining better adhesion with prosthesis surface avoiding additional techniques and operations to be applied, coating coarseness of 1.0-6.0 mcm is created during electrolysis stage. EFFECT: improved durability characteristic; reduced precious metal consumption; simplified process; reduced traumatic injuries. |
