PURPOSE: To provide a good appearance and produce component parts easily. CONSTITUTION: A stairway 10 comprises a pair of right and left open strings 20 in which pressing grooves 23 and height different part 20C are formed, step plates 30 which are pressed into the pressing grooves 23 and bridged across these open strings 20, and kick plates 40 arranged between step plates 30. Also an inside face 30C at the front of a close-fit groove 30A is provided at the front of the height different part 20C, and the kick plates 40 are made in contact with and arranged on the height different part 20C. Then these step plates 30 and kick plates 40 are further fitted closely and fixed to the open strings 20. |
