<p>PURPOSE: To provide a work order organizing device which is constituted to objectively grasp the degree of work familiarization of a worker and decide a work order based thereon. CONSTITUTION: A work order organizing device comprises an approach sensor 4 to detect picking of a part classified by a kind of a part; and an elapsing means to elapse a time distance between picking of a part detected by the approach sensor and subsequent picking. Further, the work order organizing device comprises a computing means to determine an average value of a picking time distance classified by a kind of a part obtained by the elapsing means; a work station 5 functioning as a work order organizing means to organize a work order through combination of a work average time classified by a plurality of kinds of parts so that an average value is set as a work average time required for a kind of a part and set to a value within a predetermined work tact time.</p> |
