<p>PURPOSE: To provide a plastic material extrusion molding device for molding a long body such as a hose and an electric cord whose cross section and material quality change at regular intervals. CONSTITUTION: When a cross section is to be changed halfway, a material extrusion opening should be changed. When a material quality is to be changed, a material in an extruder should be exchanged. Instead of these changes, the extruder and a plurality of sets of cross heads are selectively used. In a material passage between the extruder and the cross heads, a change-over valve is provided. When the valve is not used, it is made to face a discharge passage, and a material of each set is layered in multiple or not layered. A cross head 11 extrudes a small cross sectional part 2 continuously and a cross head 21 extrudes a large cross sectional part 3 intermittently.</p> |
