PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a synthetic resin film with a fastener in which the tilting deformation of an engaging pawl is effectively prevented by the orientation at the time of drawing a film after extruded from a T-shaped die and further a predetermined product finishing size can be always obtained. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a synthetic resin film with a fastener comprises the steps of uniformly setting the resin extruding speed over the entire width of a T-shaped die 11, setting the drawing speed of the synthetic resin film 2 with the fastener by a drawing roll 14 with respect to the extruding speed to a range of substantially the same speed to the speed increased by 30%, and setting the entire width size of a groove for molding the fastener and a slit for molding the film to a range of the enlarged size for estimating the resin shrinkage of the resin film with the fastener at the time of molding, the size for cancelling the size reduction of the film lateral width direction due to the acceleration and the size increase further enlarged. |
