PURPOSE: To reduce a purging quantity of a resin and improve a yield rate in extrusion molding of a sheet-like article using a T-die having deckles. CONSTITUTION: In a T-die body 1, a manifold 2 which has a resin injection opening 3 at the upper part and extrudes a region from the bottom end is formed. The die body 1 and both ends of a die lip are respectively blocked by side plates 16. At both ends of the manifold 2, a pair of deckles 17 are arranged airtightly and slidably along the longitudinal direction in the manifold 2. These deckles 17 pass through the side plates 16 in a state having the same cross sections as that of the manifold 2 and are extended to both ends respectively. As a result, the deckles 17 protrude respectively to the right and left from both ends of the die body 1. In addition, a clearance between the inner wall of the manifold 2 and the side face of the deckle 17 is set to 0.03-0.15mm. |
