PURPOSE: To provide such a winder provided with a long bobbin holder that winds at high speed without enlarging the inside diameter of the bobbin and using a composite material. CONSTITUTION: A winder is provided with a bobbin holder 1 in which a rotation cylinder 2 is connected to a drive shaft 8 and a cylindrical bobbin 23 is detachable inserted in the outer circumferencial face of the rotation cylinder 2 via a bobbin holding means. And differenceδof the outside diameter Ds of the rotation cylinder 2 and the inside diameter Db of the bobbin 23 is set to 10mm or less and thickness of at least one of the axial ends of the rotation cylinder 2 is set thinner than the thickness of the adjacent part of the connection part with the drive shaft 8 of the rotation cylinder 2.
