PURPOSE: To prevent poor printing, inflection of discharged ink drops and failure in discharge from occurring due to charging phenomenon by filing a conductive filler in a resin material of a coated layer consisting of a resin material containing an ink-repelling substance. CONSTITUTION: An activation energy ray curable nozzle-forming member (positive photo resist) 2 is applied to a substrate 1 on which a nozzle pattern solid layer is provided, a mask (lid plate) which transmits the activation energy ray hνis joined through this member to the substrate 1, and the activation energy ray hνis applied to harden the member. By removing the nozzle pattern solid layer 4, a liquid-jet recording head is manufactured by each nozzle forming process. In the state as shown in (f), a mixture of 'CTX-805A' manufactured by Asahi Glass Co. as a conductive filler and a fixed amount of nickel powder, is applied to silicon rubber, which is applied to the end face including an outlet of a recording head to transfer in the thickness of 0.5μm.
