PURPOSE: To prevent bubbles from intruding even when a resin film is laminated onto a metal sheet at high speed. CONSTITUTION: In the case where the maximum difference of unevenness among crest parts and valley parts of recesses and protrusions on a surface of a metal sheet is denoted by-Rmax and the number of crest parts having the difference of unevenness of at least 0.6μm per inch of a planar distance is denoted by PPI, a resin-laminating metal sheet satisfies the formula of 500>=Rmax×PPI.
